How do we use donations?

Approximately 85% of donated funds are used for medical care. Love from Louie has developed a reputation for taking on dogs that have been deemed unadoptable by other agencies or unable to survive in an incarcerated setting due to injury, illness, or advanced age. The remainder of our funds goes to supplies such as food, ongoing cost of (hospice) medications, heartworm preventatives, parasite treatments, cleaning supplies, grooming services, bedding, collars, microchip and ID tags. Thanks to the generous donations of people like you, desperate dogs have the opportunity to experience the peace, comfort and love our pack provides.
